Nathan is a really engaging and fun trainer who I've worked with for over 10 years. The sessions are focused and interesting. Nathan understands what you want to achieve and also how to help with rehab as and when required.

Technically very good, I cant recommend Nathan highly enough - and is a good bloke - just supports the wrong rugby team!
